Vacuum Trucks

Glendale Welding has been a non-stop leader in the construction of vacuum tanks and complete vacuum trucks for septic and porta-john service.  We know and understand the science of vacuum.  As distributors for Masport, Inc., manufacturers of vacuum pumps and accessories, we are able to stock parts, rebuild pumps and make other repairs necessary for a quick turnaround.  Our specialty is the complete truck, right on down to the final signage on the side of the tank.  When we're done, everybody's proud.  The quality is obvious and the price is fair.

ASME

In early 1994, Glendale Welding became a certified ASME code shop.  The National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors granted us the "R" stamp for repair and alterations and the ASME authorization certificate to apply the "U" stamp, allowing us to build and stamp newly manufactured, unfired pressure vessels.  These tanks include air receivers, filter housings and hydroneumatic pressure vessels (required by all major cities and industries).

DOT/Lube Tanks

We set the standard in the industry for our DOT Legal fuel tanks and rectangular tanks, and we developed the 2-inch radius rounded-corner in answer to the problem of cracking and breaking corners on tanks mounted on trucks.  Since 1970, we have been a provider of DOT legal fuel tanks, including DOT - 406, 407 and 412.  These regulations involve gasoline, acids and chemicals.

Storage Tanks

One of our earliest product lines, the round single-wall storage tanks are still built and used in some applications.  We also offer double-wall storage tanks, both the inner and containment tank are built and labeled UL142.  We can supply businesses with tanks ranging in size from 200 through 20,000 gallon tanks.

We fabricate tanks from stainless steel for the chemical industry or other related field where corrosive elements need to be stored.  We understand the technology to work with ss304, ss316 or even aluminum.

Water Towers

Every water tanker needs a tower.  Glendale Welding is a major supplier of construction site water towers for the prime rental companies and contractors.  The Super Tanker contains 12,000 gallons and is raised simply by pulling a cable.  No hydraulics, no gimmicks and nothing to get stolen.  The Super Tanker, combined with the water trucks, is the answer to every dusty construction site.

Water Trucks

Fabricators of water tanks for water trucks, 1000 - 4000 gallons, we were there in the beginning of this industry.  Starting with round tanks, we have developed the oval, the straight-side oval, as well as our GWco Special.  We can furnish the tank or we can build the complete water tanker.
